10 Questions for NHP Systems Neuroscience Workshop 2025

Nonhuman primate (NHP) systems neuroscience stands at a pivotal moment, reminiscent of mathematics in 1900 when David Hilbert proposed his 23 transformative problems. With groundbreaking tools such as ultra-high-density electrophysiology, chemo- & opto- genetics, and advanced computational modeling, our field is ready to tackle profound questions about cognition and behavior. The workshop is for junior faculty and senior postdocs to play a role in guiding the next decade of discovery by collaboratively shaping the ’10 Hilbert Questions’ of NHP neuroscience. The 2.5-day workshop will include panelist-led discussions, breakout sessions, and social gatherings, all designed to foster dialogue and community building.
